Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of pet grooming products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
